  I usually DIY when it comes to cleaning my car but thought I'd treat it to a really good professional clean today. Went to this place with a discount voucher, a guy came over like I was a goddamn intruder, snickered at the voucher when I gave it to him, I was even kind enough to offer to forego the voucher but despite this he kept changing his tune about what I'd get for their standard $30 package - in the end it seemed to be nothing more than a quick wipe-down of the exterior and a vac of the inside floors only ("not touching the seats or windows"). If you're gonna have such rude and disinterested service at least be cheap! My car's just a little Yaris too, for context. Anyway I told the dude I'd rather do it myself for 8 bucks in that case and he walked off... So yeah, if you like bad attitude and dodginess as part of your car wash experience you really will get 'The Works' here.

  First time coming to the works carwash as I normally go elsewhere. The staff are just so friendly and they do a wonderful job, they made sure I was happy with the way my car looked before I drove off. Absolutely thankful that I found this carwash! They offered me the 10 bulk wash which will help me save on the washes and I will definitely be buying it next time I am in! Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

  This review is for the The Works Hand Car Wash and not for Misty's Diner.
  
  I happened to have some spare time before a meeting around 9am on a Monday morning as I drove past this place. I noticed it was dead empty and thought I could get a quick wash. I had just arrived and I was only halfway out of my car when the attendant greeting me with a "your car is extra dirty mate, we will have to charge more". Wow, what a great way to welcome a new customer to your establishment! I responded by asking "how much more?" and the response was $30 extra! I laughed and laughed. I then pulled out a $50 bill (which was $1 more than the advertised price for the wash I was after) and asked if they wanted to wash my car for $50 or continue to stand around playing candy crush on their phones. They said no so I drove off planning never to come back again (except I did when I soon learned the exit was blocked by a delivery truck so I then had to awkwardly reverse back through the car wash building with the guys looking at me).
  
  If there is a way to build a strong returning customer base its definitely to make up a random cost for an extra service that isn't on the menu board and is based entirely on subjectivity.

  I paid for the highest tier car wash and the carpets were vacuumed very poorly (dirt was still on the floor) & it wasn't wiped down properly. When I said this hasn't been wiped down he said it had, and then he accidentally dropped the cleaning wipe on the ground and then picked it up and started wiping the interior of my car again. So it had been wiped but just with a disgusting cloth! No discount or any apology was provided.

  These guys are awesome. I recommend them to everyone I know. It can be hard to know who to trust around this area. I've been here 3 times and every time it's been like getting a brand new car back. Premium service.
