    The team were amazing so helpful, especially Rebecca who went out of her way to help us with everything. we had a tight time limit to move our stuff in and was quite stressful, Rebecca gave us extra time with the truck to unloaded and helped us store our very large and heavy piece of equipment, made such a difference to us.

    Great storage facility. I have used other facilities but by far this is the best. Joe is AWESOME to deal with! Absolutely fantastic service. He is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help you.

    Very poor customer service. Staff member Amy is extremely rude, aggressive and incapable of listening or offering customers any sort of resolution to their enquiries.

    Probably the rudest and most unhelpful and untrustworthy staff I've ever dealt with. Definitely do not recommend. Could not be trusted as far as I could dribble.
