  O great Google! You sadly mistaken! You convinced me that they open Saturday's till 14:00 I got here at 12:45 and curtain down, no one home, can you believe it?! Not even a lil' apologies note, nothing!
  
  Good thing I know that this business owners don't care about me before I spend money here....
  
  And yes, I thought more than once before posting this but lately I am tired listening for excuses everywhere, no one blushing giving me $$$$ prices not asking for red carpet but minimum respect for potential customers shouldn't be a problem.

  Best film processing and amazing assortment of cameras to buy … also great customer service!!!. So nice and polite. I believe the shop is run by one person. Sometimes very quick turn around sometimes small wait time but I’m happy to wait to support local Prahran business. So convenient having the shop in the area. Don’t know I’d do without this place!

  Highly recommend - my go-to place in Melbourne for developing film. I purchased a new film camera in store this week, and the service was 10/10. Huge thank you for the amazing deal on my Nikon and for being more than happy to assist with all of my questions!

  I was appalled. The website advertises that they process 120 film. I took my roll and came to pick it up at the appointed time. It wasn't ready, so I waited. After leaving the shop I found that I had been handed a tight roll of film in an envelope (no plastic sleeve) tied up with a rubber band! I unwound it to find that the film had been scrunched up in the middle, destroying many frames in the process. I could hardly believe what I was seeing. I took it back and demanded to know what had happened and why I wasn't at least told. The man made excuses. I refused to pay and was at least refunded (most of) my money at my insistence. I wouldn't trust this business with anything other than the most basic 35mm snapshots and even then only if I was desperate.

  Excellent, friendly service.
  Nothing is too much trouble.
  The photo enlargements I had done for Christmas presents had an excellent finish. There is a very good range of photo frames and the whole package came up beautifully.
  Highly recommended for photo/camera advice. Hand Processing and digital and lots of other help. This is the only photo store we now use it's so good.

  Called on Monday, picked up Thursday Arvo. Cheaper than I found elsewhere, good quality print and framing. Would go back again!

  I find this place close to my apartment and the service here is very good and efficient. I filmed pictures of my baby and enlarge some to put in the frames. Everything went well. I am happy.
