  Outstanding Service!
  
  Yesterday I picked up my shiny new M2 and I could not be happier. The video's and reviews just do not do these marvels of German Engineering justice.
  
  Dana from BMW South Yarra not only gave me a great deal on my new M2 he also gave me a very fair trade in on my much loved 135i and made the whole experience fun and exciting.
  
  Its great to see that amazing customer service still exists in a post Covid-19 world.
  
  Big thanks to Dana and James for a great car and experience, I have never felt so well taken care of as a consumer.
  
  Enough reviewing, I am going for a drive!

  I purchase all my cars from Leo and he has been fantastic over the years, If I was recommending someone reliable at BMW and someone who will look after you I would speak to Leo first.

  We have just had our 3 year old BMW serviced here last week, still under a free servicing and warranty contract. The service was impeccable as usual, but what impressed us most this time was the video update which we received by text, recording the parts which had issues and showing us the problems. We have had dealership servicing with Audi, and (years ago) Mercedes, but South Yarra BMW's service is superior. They know how to keep customer loyalty.

  I travelled from Brisbane to look at a preowned X3 MSport 30D.
  Shaun looked after me from initial contact to final purchase and organised a few external and interior cosmetic touch ups at my request.
  
  All done with a minimum of fuss and I then had an enjoyable drive back to Brisbane with absolutely no problems.
  
  I would recommend both the dealership and Shaun with no reservation. Great car with full service history, low K’s, fair price and excellent service!
